Abstract

The invention discloses a molding technology combining (polyamide11) PA11 with metal embedding pieces, which comprises the following steps: (1) before injection molding, pre-heating the metal embedding pieces to enable surface temperature of the metal embedding pieces to be 185 DEG C to 340 DEG C; (2) putting the pre-heated metal embedding pieces into molds for injection molding, wherein the temperature of PA11 materials is 185 DEG C to 340 DEG C; and (3) pressurizing, cooling and de-molding, thus obtaining end products.. The molding technology combining PA11 with metal embedding pieces resolves the problems that after plastic-steel combined pieces are molded, metal embedded pieces and molded pieces are easy to fall off due to overlarge internal stress generated around the metal embedded pieces during molding.
