The forming process comprises the following steps of: (1) before injection moulding, carrying out pre-heating treatment on the metal insert so as to enable the temperature of the surface of the metal insert to reach 215-350 DEG C; (2) placing the preheated metal insert into a mould to carry out injection moulding so as to enable the temperature of the PA6 material to reach 215-350 DEG C; and (3) keeping the pressure, cooling down and demoulding to obtain the combined PA6 and metal insert. Through the forming process for combining the PA6 and the metal insert, disclosed by the invention, a problem that the metal insert and a plastic assembly are easy to remove under stress after a glass-reinforced plastic combined assembly is formed because the circumference of the metal insert generates overlarge inner stress during forming is solved.
