Embodiment Construction

[0054] In the following, the present invention will be further described by using the kit to detect the clinical serum samples.

[0055] 1. Collection of clinical specimens.

[0056] Collect non-anticoagulated peripheral venous blood samples from patients with definite diagnosis of primary liver cancer, cirrhosis, and hepatitis B virus in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, as well as normal healthy people who participated in physical examinations, and routine centrifugation after natural coagulation Serum preparation.

[0057] The diagnostic criteria for the above four subjects are as follows.

[0058]Primary liver cancer: meet one of the following conditions: (1) Serum AFP>400μg / L, liver space-occupying lesions found by imaging examination and diagnosed as primary liver cancer, pregnancy, germline tumors and metastatic liver cancer, etc. are excluded; (2) Serum AFP<400 μg / L, liver space-occupying lesions found by two kinds of imaging examinations and diag...

Abstract

The invention discloses a liver cancer diagnostic kit based on nucleic acid aptamers, comprises the following ingredients with independent packing: liver cancer nucleic acid aptamer solution, polyacrylamide gel mother liquor, ammonium persulfate, tetramethyl diethylamine, 50% glycerin solution II, 1.25M sodium chloride solution, GelRed dye solution, positive control serum, and negative control serum. The kit has the following characteristics: (1) high diagnostic value, sensitivity of about 85%, specificity of about 85%, and accuracy of about 85%; (2) simpleness and practicality, and only need of conventional vertical electrophoresis and a gel image analysis system to realize the diagnosis; and (3) low cost and high additional value. Liver cancer is one of common malignant tumors in clinic, thus by applying the kit of the invention in clinical application, the consumption is high, the diagnostic level of liver cancer can be effectively raised, good economic benefit and social benefit can be produced, and the application prospect is good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical diagnosis. Background technique [0002] Primary liver cancer (hereinafter referred to as liver cancer) is one of the common malignant tumors, and its incidence is increasing year by year. In recent years, the treatment of liver cancer has made great progress, but the 5-year survival rate is still not ideal. According to the statistics of domestic large-scale multi-center clinical data, the 5-year survival rate of inpatients with liver cancer is only 32.5%, the 1-year survival rate of advanced liver cancer is only 14.7%, the 3-year survival rate is 0.3%, and the 5-year survival rate is 0, while the early stage liver cancer survival rate is only 14.7%. After timely treatment of liver cancer patients, the 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates are 93.5%, 70.1%, and 59.1%, respectively. Therefore, early diagnosis and early treatment are the most effective means to improve the prognosis of liver cancer p...
