Embodiment 1

[0021] (1) Preparation of expanded graphite paste electrode

[0022] Prepare expanded graphite by chemical oxidation method. Accurately weigh expanded graphite and solid paraffin with a mass ratio of 97:3 in a beaker, heat on an electric furnace to completely melt the paraffin, and stir to mix the two evenly. After cooling to room temperature, put The mixture is filled into one end of the glass tube, and the other end is inserted into a thin copper rod to realize circuit connection; the electrode can be renewed by scanning 10 cycles of cyclic voltammetry in a blank electrolyte;

[0023] (2) Drawing of standard curve

[0024] The expanded graphite paste electrode obtained in step (1) was used as the working electrode, the saturated calomel electrode was used as the reference electrode, and the platinum sheet electrode was used as the auxiliary electrode to form a three-electrode system; the three-electrode system was placed in different concentrations of Sudan Red I (5.0×10 -...

Abstract

The invention relates to an electrochemical method for detecting Sudan red I. The electrochemical method includes respectively placing an expansion graphite paste electrode which is used as a working electrode, a saturated calomel electrode which is used as a reference electrode and a platinum wire electrode which is used as an auxiliary electrode into BR (Britton-Robinson) buffer solutions which contain the Sudan red I with different concentrations and have the pH (potential of hydrogen) of 3.0, stirring and gathering for 300 seconds at the potential of 0.1V, cleaning by deionized water after standing the solution for 30 seconds; then placing a system consisting of the three electrodes in BR buffer solution with the pH of 6.0, scanning by differential-pulse voltammetry to obtain an oxidation peak current value, which has a good linear relation with the concentration of the Sudan red I, of the Sudan red I within the potential range from 0.3V to 0.9V, measuring an oxidation peak current value of sample solution by the same method and obtaining the concentration of the Sudan red I according to a standard curve and a linear regression equation. The method is simple in operation, low in detection cost, high in sensitivity and good in stability and reproducibility and is convenient and speedy, and the Sudan red I is directly detected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemical analysis and testing, in particular to an electrochemical method for quantitatively detecting Sudan Red I by using an expanded graphite paste electrode as a working electrode. Background technique [0002] Sudan Red I is an industrial oil-soluble azo dye, known as solvent yellow 14 or oil-soluble yellow R in industrial applications, and its chemical name is 1-phenylazo-2-naphthol. It is used for color enhancement of colored wax, grease, gasoline, solvent and shoe polish, etc. and coloring of fireworks and fireworks. Sudan red compounds will produce toxic aniline and naphthol during the degradation process, and toxicological studies have shown that they are both mutagenic and carcinogenic. [0003] Even so, due to the bright dyeing of Sudan red and the characteristics of not easy to fade, some unscrupulous traders use it in food production and processing for profiteering, which seriously e...
