The invention discloses a rotary advertisement lamp box, which comprises a rotary lamp holder and a lampshade in a advertisement lamp box form, wherein the rotary lamp holder comprises a shell, a motor stator, a rotating shaft, a motor rotor, a lampshade bracket and a deceleration transmission system, wherein the shell is provided with a first longitudinal end with an opening, and a second longitudinal end; the motor stator is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the shell; the rotating shaft is positioned in the shell and is mounted by rotating relative to the shell and defines a cavity communicated with the opening at the first longitudinal end of the shell; the motor rotor is fixed on the rotating shaft and coaxial with the motor stator; the lampshade bracket is mounted by rotating relative to the shell and extends out of the first longitudinal end of the shell; and the deceleration transmission system is positioned in the shell and respectively connected with the rotating shaft and the lampshade bracket.
