Embodiment Construction

[0033] In the drawings, the invention is illustrated by means of an example of a bearing arrangement consisting of two parts in the form of discs, which engage each other at the end faces and are movable about the axis of rotation A relative to the rotate each other. Each of these sections is divided into two semicircular sections.

[0034] figure 1 A first assembly step is shown in which the first section 10a of the first part 10 and the first section 12a of the second part 12 are brought together in a configuration such that their contours together form a complete circle. However, if available in figure 2 It can be seen from the cross-sectional view of figure 1 The parts are offset relative to each other in the direction of the paper plane in . exist figure 1 On the rear side, not visible in , the part 10 has two annular grooves 14 centered on the axis of rotation A and undercut in cross-section in a dovetail configuration. In these grooves, the segment 10a accommoda...

Abstract

A bearing arrangement has at least two parts (10, 12) rotatable relative to one another, and is characterized in that: one of the parts (10) has at least one annular groove (14) running concentrically with respect to the axis of rotation (A), and the other part (12) has a spring (16) which is complementary to and engages with the groove (14). Each of the parts (10, 12) is divided into at least two sectors (10a, 12a) on separating surfaces extending through the groove (14) and the spring (16), said spring (16) extending over all the sectors (12a, 12b) of the associated part (12).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bearing arrangement in which at least two parts are rotatable relative to each other. Background technique [0002] For example, such bearing arrangements are used in mechanical engineering, but also in any situation where two constituent parts are to be supported on top of each other in a rotatable manner relative to each other. A typical example is supporting a shaft in a bearing race. [0003] When the bearing race is formed in one piece and closed, the shaft can only be inserted into the bearing race from one end when the arrangement is assembled. This means that the assembly of the bearing arrangement requires more free space in the direction of the axis of rotation than is actually required once the assembly of the bearing arrangement is completed. This is often a disadvantage in situations where bearing arrangements have to be assembled in narrow spaces. [0004] It is known to divide a bearing race into two half-ra...
