The invention provides a space energy fluctuation analysis method, according to video frames having different characteristics, an improved hierarchical quantization and vector quantization method is targetedly utilized, and video identification codes can be effectively extracted. In combination with improved H.264 robust watermarking algorithm and H.264 high-capacity information hiding algorithm, an H.264 video integrality authentication system is formed, and researches on tamper detecting and positioning can be conducted.
