Abstract

The molecular markers are (a) or (b) as follows: (a) which is deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecules indicated as a sequence 4 in a sequence table; and (b) composed of a molecular marker A, a molecular marker B and a molecular marker C. The molecular marker A is DNA molecules indicated in a sequence 3 in the sequence table. The molecular marker B is DNA molecules indicated in the sequence 4 in the sequence table. The molecular marker C is DNA molecules indicated in a sequence 5 in the sequence table. Experiments prove that 98.29% of wheat varieties containing the molecular marker A, the molecular marker B and the molecular marker C are high in lipoxidase activity. 80.06% of wheat varieties which contain the molecular marker A and the molecular marker C and do not contain the molecular marker B are low in lipoxidase activity.
