A flow plate circulation mechanism comprises a first conveying rail used for conveying flow plates in a first direction, a second conveying rail parallel to the first conveying rail and used for conveying the flow plates and a first transposition unit and a second transposition unit which are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the second conveying rail. The first conveying rail comprises at least two conveying stations, and each conveying station comprises two first guide rails parallel to each other and two first driving parts respectively arranged on the first guide rails. The two first driving parts respectively act on the two first guide rails and are used for driving the two first guide rails to move face to face so as to clamp the flow plates and driving the two first guide rails to move in opposite directions so as to loosen the flow plates. The first transposition unit is used for shifting the flow plates from the first conveying rail to the second conveying rail. The second transposition unit is used for shifting the flow plates from the second conveying rail to the first conveying rail.
