Abstract

The method includes after performing a patent searching input and acquiring patent data, generating target patent feature vector, then intelligently generating a recommended patent set, while sequencing the recommended patents. By the aid of the intelligent recommendation, a patent searcher is able to search related patents which are unavailable by means of the patent searching input, and accordingly, leak searching is reduced. The method is of great help to non-professional patent searchers, thus a novel tool for professional patent searchers is provided, and the rate of leak searching is greatly reduced.
