Abstract

The invention relates to an expanding type extrusion nail and belongs to a surgical implant which is used for fixing a tendon implant in a knee anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. The expanding type extrusion nail comprises an expanding type extrusion nail body, an eccentric toothed rotating rod, a telescopic rod, a telescopic spring and a locking bolt. A threaded stepped hole is formed in one side of the expanding type extrusion nail body. An eccentric toothed rotating rod installing notch is formed in the other side of the expanding type extrusion nail body. Positioning holes are formed in two ends of the eccentric toothed rotating rod installing notch. One surface of the eccentric toothed rotating rod is a smooth surface, and the other surface of the eccentric toothed rotating rod is a toothed surface. A locking groove is formed in the middle of the eccentric toothed rotating rod. The eccentric toothed rotating rod is arranged in the eccentric toothed rotating rod installing notch in an inserted mode.
