Abstract

The fixture used for testing soft roll battery electrical performance comprises an insulating main board, a positive electrode connecting device and a negative electrode connecting device which are arranged on the insulating main board, the positive electrode connecting device is corresponding to a positive electrode ear of the soft roll battery, and the negative electrode connecting device is corresponding to a negative electrode ear of the soft roll battery. The positive electrode connecting device and the negative electrode connecting device both comprises a gasket connected with the insulating main board and an electric conduction tabletting arranged on the upper layer of the gasket in a folding mode. The electric conduction tabletting and the gasket are connected through two bolts arranged on a position closes to two ends of the electric conduction tabletting and the gasket, and at least two electrode pillars are arranged on the upper surface of the electric conduction tabletting, and at least one electrode pillar is provided with an external threads, and nuts matched with the external thread can tightly compress a current test terminal of the testing device between the nuts and the electric conduction tabletting. With adoption of the arrangement, the fixture used for testing soft roll battery electrical performance can effectively simplify test process of the soft roll battery and provide stable test data.
