The aerobiotic pool, the first SBR pool and the second SBR pool are internally provided with enzyme floating fillers, respectively. The anaerobic pool, the anoxic pool, the aerobiotic pool, the first SBR pool and the second SBR pool are module members. The invention further provides a sewage treatment process. Based on AAO-SBR (Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic-Sequencing Batch Reactor), the aerobiotic pool, the first SBR pool and the second SBR pool are internally provided with enzyme floating fillers respectively as biological attaching carriers, so that the biomass of the reactor is more than 2 times of that by an activated sludge process in volume, thereby greatly enhancing the processing capacity of the reactor and simplifying the structure of the reactor.
