Meanwhile, both a part of the processing box, which is matched with the installation end face of a power outlet cutter, and a part of the processing box, which is respectively matched with the installation end faces of both ends of a development roller, are integrally formed; and both a part of the processing box, which is matched with a fixing frame of a cleaning scraper, and a part of the processing box, which is matched with both ends of the cleaning scraper, are integrally formed.
