Abstract

The invention relates to a method for separating heteroacid from valine fermentation liquid. The method comprises the following steps of (1) separating mycoprotein from valine mother liquid by putting fermented L-valine fermentation liquid in a high-speed disc separator with the revolving speed of 4000-5000r/min, recycling mycoprotein precipitation, and collecting supernatant liquid; (2) secondary removing mycoprotein in a membrane filtration manner: filtering the obtained supernatant liquid by utilizing a ceramic membrane with the aperture of 60nm, filtering and recycling mycoprotein, and collecting filter liquid; (3) combining the supernatant liquid of the step (1) and the filter liquid of the step (2), and extracting the valine by utilizing an ion exchange method; and (4) combining the mycoprotein of the step (1) and the step (2). The method for separating the heteroacid from the valine fermentation liquid, disclosed by the invention, is applied to feed preparation and has wide application prospect.
