The invention has the advantages that by adopting the composite heat insulation and slagging resistant material to be masonried around the gasification area of the hearth of the gas making heater, the surrounding wall temperature reaches over 1000 DEG C, thus reducing the amount of the byproduct steam of the water jacket, lowering slag and carbon residue from the gas making heater, and improving steam resolution ratio of the gasification.
