This application discloses an automatic cap-removing device, comprising: a conveyor belt for conveying caps; a cap storage device including a cap storage cylinder and a separating member disposed at the bottom of the cap storage cylinder, the separating member having a groove for clamping the edge of the cap to restrict its free fall; and a cap-removing device disposed between the conveyor belt and the cap storage device for removing the bottommost cap from the cap storage device and placing it onto the conveyor belt. The groove design on the separating member effectively restricts the free fall of the cap, ensuring that only one cap reaches the cap-removing position at a time, thereby stably achieving single cap separation. This avoids the problem in existing technologies where two or more caps are removed and placed onto the conveyor line simultaneously, greatly improving the accuracy and stability of cap separation and providing a reliable guarantee for the subsequent cap-closing process.
