Embodiment Construction

[0027] refer to Figure 4~7 . The present invention is illustrated by taking a two-dimensional solid weight pressure load structure as an example. The size of the two-dimensional support structure is 500mm in length, 300mm in height, and 1mm in thickness, and its Young's modulus is 2.1×10 5 Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3. The weight is 10kg, and the bottom of the supporting structure is fully fixed. The support structure is designed to maximize its stiffness and the volume fraction of material usage is at most 30%. The method steps are as follows:

[0028] (a) Finite element modeling.

[0029] Establish the finite element model through the CAD model of the structure: set the grid side length to 10mm, and divide the grid. Define the load: Since the mass of the heavy object is 10kg, take the acceleration of gravity g=9.8m / s 2 , according to the contact area between the weight and the support structure, the pressure is 0.196Mpa. Define boundary conditions: fix all degrees of...

Abstract

The invention discloses a topological optimization design method based on a pressure load of solid weight onto an additional unit. The method is used for solving the technical problem that an existing topological optimization design method is poor in optimization result performance. According to the technical scheme, the additional unit is introduced on the contact surface of a solid weight and a supporting structure, and the pressure load of the solid weight is loaded onto the additional unit. Thus, even through material on the border changes in the topological optimization process, due to the fact that none of all the nodes of the contact surface is directly connected with the pressure load but all the nodes of the contact surface are connected with the additional unit, the magnitude and the direction of the pressure load can remain unchanged, and the optimization result is good in performance. When optimization design is performed with the method, the value of the pressure load does not have to be updated in every topological optimization iteration process, the contact border of the material and the load remains unchanged, and the flexibility of the supporting structure after the optimization is 0.0816mJ; after a method in the second reference is optimized, the flexibility of the supporting structure is 0.0967mJ. The optimization result obtained with the method proves to be better in performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a topology optimization design method, in particular to a topology optimization design method under solid weight pressure load based on additional units. Background technique [0002] refer to Figure 1~2 . In the fields of aerospace and automobile manufacturing, the lightweight design of structures under solid weight and pressure loads is a typical engineering problem. Most topology optimization techniques are still limited to solving design problems with definite boundaries and design domains under fixed loads. That is, during the iterative process of topology optimization, the load does not change; the material boundary of the load application position does not change; the design domain does not change. The difficulty of the design problem with uncertain boundaries is that the total force exerted by the solid weight pressure 1 on the support structure changes due to the possible change of the contact area 2 between the soli...
