The laser receiving device comprises a laser receiving target for detecting at least two laser signals with different wavelengths, a laser spot center resolving unit for resolving related targeting information of the laser signals, a laser receiving target rotation control mechanism which is used for controlling the laser receiving target to be initially reset and to move along the incident laser signals, and a communication unit which is communicated with the outside; a laser incidence angle is adjusted, and thus when a plurality of beams of laser are injected, the optimal incidence angle can be obtained; the communication unit is used for obtaining a corresponding rotary angle of the laser receiving target and transmitting the position of the laser spot center to the outer side, so that the laser receiving device can accurately receive the laser signals and identify the spot center, and technical support for positioning and resolving of a three-point laser positioning system are provided.
