Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for emitting particles. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a selected particle system and an emitting attribute set up for the particle system, wherein the emitting attribute comprises the particle quantity N and particle emitting parameters and N is a positive integer; establishing N particle systems and configuring same particle emitting attribute to each particle system; and emitting the particles one by one at a preset interval by the N particle systems, and while emitting the particles, setting a coordinate value of the presently emitted particle along an emitting direction as zero and reducing or adding a coordinate location of the emitted particle along the emitting direction by a preset value. According to the method provided by the invention, the problem that a regular particle effect picture cannot be generated can be solved.
