The invention relates to an optical fiber connector assembly which comprises a male connector and a female connector. The male connector comprises a first body, a blocking member, a first coupling lens and at least two first shielding pieces. A first containing groove with a first opening is formed in the first body. The first coupling lens is arranged in the first containing groove. The female connector comprises a second body, a plug, a second coupling lens and at least two second shielding pieces, wherein a second containing groove with a second opening is formed in the second body, and the second coupling lens is arranged in the second containing groove. When the male connector is inserted into the female connector, the first shielding pieces are pushed away by the plug, the blocking member is made to enter the second containing groove and push the second shielding pieces away, and the first coupling lens and the second coupling lens are made to face each other directly, so that optical signals can be transmitted. When the male connector is pulled out from the female connector, the first shielding pieces and the second shielding pieces recover from elastic deformation, so that the first opening and the second opening can be sealed respectively.
