The method comprises the following steps: an aluminum alloy welded joint to be processed is placed in a solution backflow tank; the aluminum alloy welded joint is connected with an anode of a micro-arc oxidation power supply through a wire; when a cathode of the micro-arc oxidation power supply is connected with a mobile cathode; the mobile cathode is arranged inside a cathode shield cover; the lower part of the cathode shield cover is connected with an insulation rubber gasket; the insulation rubber gasket and the aluminum alloy welded joint are in flexible contact; the cathode shield cover is introduced into a micro-arc oxidation reaction solution; when the micro-arc oxidation power supply supplies power, micro-arc discharge is generated between the mobile cathode and the aluminum alloy welded joint, a ceramic membrane is formed after reaction in a welded joint zone covered under the mobile cathode.
