The operation equipment comprises artificial precipitation flame strips, a spreader, an execution controller, a manual panel controller, a bus controller, a comprehensive panel, ignition control software and the like. The ZY-1 plane flame strip operation system of a Zhongtian rocket company is adopted in the artificial precipitation flame strips, and technology upgrade and reform are carried out to meet plane reform requirements. The ZY-1 plane flame strip spreading system is mainly applied to activities such as emergency drought relief, water conservation, forest fire extinction and meteorological support at most of areas in China. A carrier for the artificial precipitation flame strips is mounted on the outside of a mounted machine body of the spreader. The execution controller is installed in the machine body and is in crosslink with the spreader through a cable penetrating a cabin to be in charge of the ignition control and state monitoring of the artificial precipitation flame strips and communicates with the manual panel controller or an upper computer through an RS485 bus.
