The embodiments of the present invention provide an intraframe encoding method, device and encoder for depth images. The method is applied to 3D video encoding or multi-view video encoding. The method includes: in an intraframe encoding mode for depth images, generating a non-all-zero residual and an all-zero residual when a prediction unit is encoded; and performing a rate-distortion optimization selection between the non-all-zero residual and the all-zero residual, as a residual encoding scheme of the prediction unit.
