Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: washing and peeling the fresh aloe leaves in limited time, or using the whole fresh aloe leaves; adding pectinase to perform enzymolysis; crushing, grinding and centrifugally separating to obtain pulpy aloe juice; discoloring and filtering through activated carbon, and filtering through kieselguhr to obtain clean aloe juice; concentrating through a reverse osmosis membrane and a negative-pressure normal-temperature falling membrane / film to prepare concentrate of aloe gel; and freezing and drying to obtain dried aloe powder having high O-acetyl content. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the whole process is performed at normal temperature; no thermal / chemical / biological variation appears; the processing is carried out in a closed way; the isolation of active substance not occurs; and original effects and active components are retained effectively. The prepared dried aloe powder is high in O-acetyl content. The O-acetyl contents of the peeled dried aloe powder and full-leaf dried aloe powder are both high and respectively can reach 122,400mg / kg and 165,300mg / kg to the maximum, which are far more than the value specified by the industrial standard.
