Areca catechu L. fresh fruits, the quality, the pH value, the VC content and the total
sugar content change of the
Vatica mangachapoi Blanco are reduced, and a
Vatica mangachapoi Blanco preservation effect is improved. Under the same storage time, a healthy fruit rate of the
Areca catechu L. which is coated by various extraction liquids and is sealed and stored is higher than the Areca catechu L. which is not subjected to dipping
processing by the extracts, microbial activities on the surface of fruits can be inhibited, the activity of enzymes in the fruits can be reduced, physiological
activity intensity is lowered,
respiration intensity is regulated and controlled, internal
moisture can be prevented from being lost too fast, speed for
oxygen to permeate into the fruits can be controlled, and the
