Abstract

A multidirectional tilt switch comprises a housing, a plurality of conductive terminals and at least one conductor. The housing is provided with an inner surface which defines an accommodation chamber and at least two grooves which are formed on the outside surface of the housing. Each of the conductive terminals is respectively provided with an embedded portion inserted and hidden in the groove, a guide connecting portion penetrating in the accommodation chamber, and a first joint face which is formed on one face opposite to the guide connecting portion and exposed outside the housing through the groove, wherein the guide connecting portions are arranged in an array. The conductor is accommodated in the accommodation chamber and moves between a first position contacting with any two guide connecting portions and a second position which does not contact with any two guide connecting portions at the same time. Therefore, by utilizing the hidden embedded portions and exposed first joint faces and under the condition of not influencing guide connecting areas, the overall height and occupation space are reduced, and efficiency of the space is further improved.
