Abstract

The invention provides a method for building frequency spectrum pool databases based on shared base stations, particularly provides a method which is applied to cellular networks of the shared base stations of cognitive user systems and master user systems and used for replacing a cognitive radio frequency spectrum sensing technology, and relates to the technical field of cognitive radio frequency spectrum sensing. The method includes the steps that orthogonal sub-carriers modulated through OFDM are used as objects, one frequency spectrum pool database is built in each shared base station, in which the cognitive user system and the master user system commonly exist, of the cellular network. The shared base stations have the functions of cognitive user access control, frequency spectrum allocation and coordination of master users and cognitive users. Due to the fact that one master user system and one cognitive user system share the same base station, the cognitive user systems acquire master user idle frequency spectrum information and the master user systems acquire master user idle frequency spectrums at the same time, and the cognitive user systems and the master user systems have the same capacity for acquiring the master user idle frequency spectrums.
