With the cloud service-based remote desktop computer wake-up method provided by the invention adopted, remote wake-up of desktop computers in enterprises or large organizations can be realized effectively with a small amount of capital expenditure as well as low CPU and network bandwidth costs under the conditions that increase of new hardware equipment is not required and enterprise work environment is not changed, and therefore, enterprise energy can be saved; and the desktop computers can atomically fall sleep in idle states and can be smoothly waken up when necessary.
