Abstract

The invention discloses a telecom tariff optimizing system and method based on adjacent mass data rapid analysis. The telecom tariff optimizing system comprises a parameter input module, the parameter input module respectively transmits parameter information to a data generation module and a tariff optimizing module, the data generation module transmits data to the tariff optimizing module, and both the parameter input module and the data generation module extract the data from a customer information database. The tariff optimizing module is used for conducting tariff optimizing according to reference historical data, target historical data and parameter setting. An evolution algorithm module is used for continuously generating feasible tariffs according to adaptive values and conducting tariff optimizing. A tariff adaptive value assessment module adopts the rapid analysis method based on adjacent mass data and is used for assessing each feasible tariff. A similarity calculation module is used for measuring the vector similarity between two vectors. According to the telecom tariff optimizing system and method, automatic high-speed processing on mass telecom data can be achieved, and a tariff scheme matched with the requirements of target user groups to a high degree is obtained.
