Embodiment 1

[0024] Example 1 Preparation of 25% Paecilomyces buprofezin suspension concentrate (diluted 2000 times)

[0025] Part A is 50% Paecilomyces fumigatus conidia suspension: 50% Paecilomyces fumigatus conidia powder (accounting for 50% of the suspension mass) is dissolved in 0.21M phosphate buffer and 10% Glycerol mixture, pH 7.0, stored at 4-8°C.

[0026] Part B is wettable powder: Buprofezin (commercially available original drug) 8%, Tween-80 20%, sodium lignosulfonate 6%, wetting agent LX 4%, add clay to make up to 100%.

[0027] Part A and Part B account for 50% each, and the two parts are directly mixed to obtain 25% Paecilomyces buprofezin suspension concentrate, and the mass ratio of Paecilomyces fumigatus: Buprofezin is 100:16. The results of the toxicity test are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0028] Example 2 Preparation of 50% Paecilomyces buprofezin oil (diluted 2000 times)

[0029] Components of the oil agent: conidia powder of Paecilomyces fumigatus (10 10 piece / g) 50%, buprofezin (commercially available) 4%, Tween-80 5%, paraffin oil 23%, methyl green 2%, add diatomaceous earth to make up to 100%, and prepare 50% imitation blue Mycoprobazin oil. Among them, the mass ratio of Paecilomyces fumigatus conidia powder:buprofezin is 100:8. The results of the toxicity test are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0030] Example 3 Preparation of 60% Paecilomyces buprofezin wettable powder (diluted 2000 times)

[0031] Components of wettable powder: Paecilomyces fumigatus conidia powder (10 10 / g) 60%, buprofezin (commercially available) 4%, methyl green 2%, Tween-80 10%, sodium lignosulfonate 3%, wetting agent LX 2%, kaolin to 100%, Prepared 60% rose-colored Paecilomyces buprofezin wettable powder. Among them, the mass ratio of Paecilomyces fumigatus conidia powder:buprofezin is 100:6.67. The results of the toxicity test are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a Paecilomyces fumosoroseus-buprofezin compound pesticide and application thereof. The compound pesticide is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 5-65% of main agent and 35-95% auxiliary agent. The main agent is a mixture of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus and buprofezin in a mass ratio of 100:(1-20); and the auxiliary agent is composed of a stabilizer, assistants and a filler. The compound pesticide can be processed into wettable powder, suspending agents or oil solutions. The long-term infective biological research and indoor bioassay indicate that the Paecilomyces fumosoroseus has high infective pesticidal effect on multiple pests, especially pests with piercing-sucking mouthparts. The compound pesticide has favorable preventing and treating effect on sweetpotato whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum and other aleyrodids, and smaller green leafhoppers of tea and other leafhoppers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides and relates to a microbial pesticide. More specifically, it relates to an environment-friendly, pollution-free and residue-free compound insecticide of Paecilomyces fumigatus and buprofezin. Background technique [0002] Paecilomyces fumigatus ( Paecilomyces fumosoroseus (Wize) Brown & Smith) is an entomopathogenic fungus. As a living biopesticide, it has a new mechanism of action different from existing chemical insecticides, and has the characteristics of no pollution to the environment and no residue. It is of great economic significance to develop and utilize Paecilomyces fumigatus as alternative control drugs for pests resistant to chemical insecticides and Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). Paecilomyces fumigatus is widely distributed, and is suitable for Homoptera (brown planthopper, whitefly, scale insect, aphid), Lepidoptera (silkworm moth, cloud ruler moth), Diptera (housefly), Coleoptera...
