The method comprises the following steps: (1) putting a cured molding part on a support frame made from a common steel material; (2) manufacturing a set of positioning plate by invar, positioning clamping-positioning mechanisms of the cutting blades on the invar positioning plate and simultaneously ensuring the location accuracy of the two clamping-positioning mechanisms; (3) forming a round hole in one end of the invar positioning plate and forming a long-strip-shaped hole in the other end of the invar positioning plate; (4) putting the invar positioning plate on the molding part according to the to-be-cured parts of the cutting blades, wherein the round hole of the positioning plate is connected with the molding part in a positioning way, the long-strip-shaped hole of the positioning plate is connected in a limit way by a pin and the length of the long-strip-shaped hole is greater than the amount of thermal expansion; and (5) integrally positioning the cutting blades to the cured molding part and then performing autoclave curing molding.
