The settlement engine comprises a setting module and a settlement module, wherein the setting module is used for presetting the settlement parameters of the integrated services under all the convergent networks of an application layer and storing the settlement parameters in a main memory database, and the settlement module is used for conducting settlement on the received integrated services according to the settlement parameters to obtain settlement results of different settlement objects corresponding to the integrated services. The settlement engine of the integrated services under the convergent networks can conduct cross-network settlement on cross-network services, in particular digital family services of operators such as the telecommunication operators, the broadcasting and TV operators and the E-business operators according to the preset settlement parameters of the integrated services under the convergent networks.
