Abstract

The invention relates to a method for feeding sprouted wheat to reduce phosphorus environmental emission of manure produced by raising pigs and belongs to the technical field of ecological breeding. According to the method, a principle that the high phytase activity is generated in a wheat seed sprouting primary period and natural phytate phosphorus in a feed is catalyzed into effective phosphorus capable of being used by the pigs is utilized; the content of the phosphorus in the pig manure is reduced under the precondition that the growth speed of the pigs is not influenced and calcium hydrogen phosphate is not added in pig feed, and the emission amount of the phosphorus in the pig manure to the environment is reduced. The method has the technical essentials that the sprouting length of wheat is controlled to be 0.3-0.5 centimeter; the feeding amount accounts for 20% of the mass of pig complete feed dry materials; exogenous phosphorite including the calcium hydrogen phosphate and the like is not added to the pig feed, the growth speed of the pigs is not lowered and the content of the phosphorus in the pig manure is reduced by 45%.
