Abstract

The invention relates to an epoxy resin-base ink-jet printer ink for thin-film solar cells and a preparation method thereof. The ink is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-5% of epoxy resin solution, 0.0001-0.1% of nano aluminum powder, 0.10-1% of viscosity regulator and the balance of solvent. The product can directly enhance the generating efficiency of the flexible or thin-film solar cell when being printed to the upper surface of the flexible or thin-film solar cell by an ink-jet printing technique.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an epoxy resin-based inkjet printer ink for flexible or thin-film solar cells and a preparation method thereof. By using the ink to print on the light-incident surface of flexible or thin-film solar cells, the efficiency of flexible or thin-film solar cells can be directly improved . Background technique [0002] All polymer compounds containing epoxy groups in their molecular structure are collectively referred to as epoxy resins. The cured epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties. It has excellent bonding strength to the surface of metal and non-metal materials, good dielectric properties, small shrinkage rate, good dimensional stability and high hardness. It has good flexibility and is stable to alkali and most solvents, so it is widely used in various sectors of national defense and national economy for casting, impregnating, laminating, adhesive, coating and other purposes. As far as epoxy resin is concerned...
