Abstract

The invention discloses a cable guide. The cable guide comprises at least two single-wall corrugated pipes and telescopic joints for connecting every two adjacent single-wall corrugated pipes. Each telescopic joint comprises two connecting pipes respectively connected with one single-wall corrugated pipe and a communicating corrugated pipe arranged between the two connecting pipes, and a positioning boss extending in the axial direction of each connecting pipe is arranged in the position, connected with the communicating corrugated pipe, in the connecting pipe. A stainless steel hoop is arranged on the outer wall of each connecting pipe, and an annular outer groove for fixing the stainless steel hoop is formed in the outer wall of each connecting pipe. The cable guide further comprises sealing rings, wherein the sealing rings are fixed into grooves in the outer surfaces of the single-wall corrugated pipes, and the sealing rings and the inner walls of the connecting pipes form seals. The cable guide has the advantages that the capacity of a high-voltage electric cable for resisting soft foundation settlement and shear deformation of a geological abrupt change section is improved through the telescopic joints, structural safety of the cable guide is guaranteed, and thus the service life of the cable is prolonged, and normal running of electrical equipment is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cable guide. Background technique [0002] There are two types of cable guides currently in use. One is rigid cable guides such as composite FRP conduits, plastic-coated steel pipes, fiber cement pipes, CM pipes, etc. The allowable differential settlement is about 30mm, and the deflection of the socket is about 2.5°. It is suitable for cable channels with relatively stable foundations. The other is flexible cable conduits such as carbon corrugated pipes, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride or hard polyvinyl chloride plastic double-wall corrugated pipes, modified polypropylene single-wall corrugated pipes, etc. The allowable differential settlement is about 200mm, which is suitable for Soft soil foundation cable channel, but its ability to resist shear deformation in geological abrupt changes is low. If the cable guide is damaged, it will seriously affect the safety of the cable and cause unnecessary losses. Contents of the inv...
