Abstract

The invention provides an assembly corrugated case which comprises a bottom plate and an upper case body connected with the bottom plate. Three symmetrical supporting columns are arranged on the bottom face of the bottom plate. Channels are formed between the supporting columns. A rectangular groove is formed in the upper end face of the bottom plate. The upper case body comprises side plates and an upper cover plate, wherein the upper cover plate is matched with the rectangular groove in size. The corrugated case further comprises a buffer cushion which is matched with a lower opening of the upper case body. The buffer cushion is placed in the groove in the bottom plate and protrudes out of the bottom plate. The corrugated case further comprises four buffer plates which are matched with the side plates of the upper case body. The assembly corrugated case has the advantages that due to the design of the supporting columns of the bottom plate, on one hand, the case body is prevented from getting wet, and on the other hand, a forklift can be used for carrying the corrugated case due to the channels formed between the supporting columns; due to the buffer cushion in the groove of the bottom plate, on one hand, the bottom plate and the case body are matched and connected together, and on the other hand, the buffer cushion relieves the impact of external force on the case body together with the buffer plate; due to the design of the upper case body, packaging is convenient, and the corrugated case can be easily opened.
