By the treatment device and the treatment method, the disadvantages of the traditional metal ion removal methods that the cost is high, the operation is complicated, low-concentration wastewater is difficult to treat are overcome, and treated water can reach reuse standards by using a microbial treatment manner and adopting a multi-stage filtration and adsorption manner; meanwhile, potential heavy metal resources are recycled.
