Problems solved by technology

[0003] With the continuous development of technology, there are more and more sewage treatment technologies involving estrogen including estradiol. For example, the patent document of CN101168459 adopts a method for catalytic wet oxidation degradation of estrogen pollutants, and the patent document of CN101306864 adopts the new Ecologically hydrated manganese dioxide colloid is a method for degrading estrogen pollutants, but some of these technologies are only suitable for high-concentration pollutant sewage
In the "National Demonstration Project of Estrogen Removal in Sewage Treatment" in the UK, activated carbon adsorption, ozone oxidation and chlorine dioxide oxidation treatment units are added on the basis of secondary biological treatment. Although the concentration of estrogen can be effectively reduced, the treatment cost is too high. High, difficult for large-scale practical application

specific Embodiment

[0024] In the present invention, the embedding particles use polyurethane hydrogel as a carrier, and embed nitrifying bacteria and a small amount of activated carbon particles inside the porous carrier. Wherein, the embedding particles are: polyurethane, activated sludge, bisacrylamide crosslinking agent and benzoin dimethyl ether in a weight (g) ratio of 10~18:3~8:0.5~1:0.05~0.1, adding 14.1-20.55ml of water is mixed evenly; then placed under ultraviolet light source, cut (3mm*3mm*3mm), and washed to obtain. Specific examples are as follows:

[0026]

[0027] The removal of E2 by embedding particles is mainly accomplished through biodegradation and physical adsorption. On the one hand, the embedded nitrifying bacteria obtain energy by oxidizing ammonia nitrogen into nitrate, and E2 is oxidized to E1 by dehydrogenase under the co-metabolism of nitrifying bacteria, while E1 is oxidized by other biological enzymes until it is...

Abstract

The invention discloses an embedded granule and a method for removing estradiol in domestic wastewater by using the embedded granule. The method comprises the steps of delivering secondary biotreatment effluent in a domestic wastewater treatment plant to the bottom of an internal circulating fluidized bed reactor with the embedded granule as filler, enabling wastewater to run in the reactor in an upward flowing way, keeping the wastewater in the internal circulating fluidized bed reactor for 4-8h, removing estradiol pollutants in the wastewater in physical adsorption and biodegradation ways by using the embedded granule, and discharging the estradiol removed wastewater from a water outlet above the reactor, wherein the embedded granule is formed by embedding nitrifying bacteria and a small number of activated carbon granules into a porous carrier by taking polyurethane hydrogel as the carrier. The method for removing estrogen in domestic wastewater has the advantages of convenience in implementation, good removal effect, low treatment cost and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a method for embedding particles and deeply removing estradiol in sewage. Background technique [0002] 17β-Estradiol (E2) is one of the free estrogen endocrine disruptors with strong estrogenic activity. It is mainly excreted in the form of conjugated estrogen through the urine of humans and animals, and then in the process of transportation and sewage treatment. During the process, free estrogen E2 is gradually released. It is ubiquitous in the tail water of sewage treatment plants and natural water bodies, and is considered to have a strong potential impact on organisms. Even in extremely low concentrations in the aquatic environment, it can cause aquatic organisms to feminize and interfere with the normal endocrine system. At present, the concentration of E2 in the influent water of domestic and foreign sewage treatment plants ranges from a dozen to hundreds of nano...
