Abstract

The invention relates to a high-flame retardance soft glue clothing label material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 50-125 parts of plasticizer, 2-10 parts of stabilizer, 3-20 parts of flame retardant, 0-20 parts of filler, 1-20 parts of ultraviolet light absorber and 1-10 parts of antioxidant. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing labels by using the high-flame retardance soft glue clothing label material; the method comprises the steps of firstly manufacturing a flame-retardant flexible polyvinyl chloride thickener, and then heating and baking for moulding by using a mould as a carrier. The high-flame retardance soft glue clothing label material provided by the invention has excellent flame retardance, and the oxygen index can be up to 40 so that the operating requirement of special flame retardant clothing labels can be satisfied; according to the method, high-flame retardance labels can be produced; the production method is easy to operate and is capable of realizing the wide application to industry; and the labels can be applied to the industries such as clothing, bags, shoes and hats.
