Abstract

A power supplying plug lock device (23) that restricts operation of an operation arm (17) of a power supplying plug (9) includes an authentication member (27), a restriction member (31), which can be engaged with the operation arm, and a position holding mechanism, which can hold the restriction member at a position engaged with the operation arm. The restriction member (31) moves from an open position to a close position to engage with the operation arm (17) when the power supplying plug lock device (23) is attached to the operation arm. The position holding mechanism (33,37,38,40-43) shifts to a lock state in cooperation with the movement of the restriction member (31) to the close position thereby holding the restriction member at the close position. The position holding mechanism maintains the lock state until the authentication member (27) accomplishes authentication.
