The PCBs are respectively fixedly connected to one pair of installation branches in an inserted mode, and an anode circuit is connected with the anode installation branches and a cathode circuit is connected with the cathode installation branches. Light-emitting faces, away from the installation column body, of the PCBs are provided with a plurality of LED lamps, and installation faces, facing the installation column body, of the PCBs are provided with control devices for controlling the LED lamps.
