When the air direction of the air conditioner is changed, it can be guaranteed to the maximum degree that the quantity of air actually supplied by the air conditioner is approximate to the target air quantity required by a user, it is avoided that the air supply quantity is greatly decreased at the working position with large air resistance, and therefore the refrigerating effect or the heating effect can be effectively controlled and the energy consumption can be reduced to the maximum degree. Meanwhile, rotation speed compensation is determined according to a preset level of noise so that the working noise can be effectively controlled and the noise of the air conditioner will not exceed an original target value on the basis that the actual air supply quantity is increased.
