According to the method, firstly a wind power plant wind curtailment capacity computing method is proposed with the power grid peak-shaving margin and the power grid transmission line transmission power constraint considered. On the basis of the wind power plant wind curtailment capacity computing method, a computing method for the wind power plant wind curtailment probability and wind power plant expected wind curtailment capacity is proposed based on a monte carlo simulation method. Finally the wind-power-plant-having-access-to-power-grid position and capacity control method with the minimum wind curtailment considered is proposed. By means of the method, the admitting ability of the power grid to the wind power can be fully considered, the wind power plant wind curtailment mechanism is analyzed from two aspects of the power grid peak-shaving margin and the power grid transmission line transmission capacity constraint, the wind-power-plant-having-access-to-power-grid position and capacity is controlled with the wind power plant minimum wind curtailment as the target, and finally the wind power plant access scheme is obtained so that the power grid can admit the wind power at a greater degree, and the new energy utilization efficiency is effectively improved.
