The method comprises the following steps that an acquisition module group of a first terminal acquires physical condition information; the cloud end server receives the physical condition information; an analysis module group of a second terminal receives medication change information comprising medication dosage according to the physical condition information on the cloud end server; an updating module group of the cloud end server updates medication information stored by a storage module group in the cloud end server according to the medication change information received by the analysis module group; a download module group of a third terminal downloads the medication change information from the storage module group; and the third terminal allocates the changed medication dosage according to the medication change information.
