Because the reactant of phosphorous anhydride-butanol-ethylene glycol, the alkenyl sulphonate, the secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate and other raw materials are reasonably proportioned and combined together to prepare the cleaner, the cleaner can be used for removing the dust, grease, bird droppings and dead insects on the windshield of the automobile rapidly and efficiently without damaging the metal, plastic, rubber or paint on the surface of the automobile.
