The tea for improving eyesight comprises tea leaves and traditional Chinese medicines, wherein the traditional Chinese medicines comprise the following components: Chinese knotweed herb, senecio scandens, black soya beans, magnetite, concha margaritiferallsta, cornu gorais, shepherd's purse, prunella vulgaris, feather cockscomb seed, semen plantaginis, semen cassiae, flatstem milkvetch seed, arabic cowry shell, raspberry, the bark of ash, glossy privet fruit, fructus broussonetiae, wolfberry, caltrop, mulberry leaf, chrysanthemum, motherwort fruit, holy basil, eriocaulon cinereum, butterflybush flower, horsetail, rhizoma atractylodis, periostracum cicada, antelope's horn and halite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning and drying various raw materials, crushing, and filtering by a filter net; mixing the obtained raw material powder evenly at the ratio; and sterilizing under an ultraviolet lamp, evenly mixing with the tea leaves, and enclosing 8-10g of mixture into a bubble-filtering paper bag, so as to obtain the tea.
