The transverse pusher mechanism includes a pair of pushers spaced apart on opposite sides of the conveyor roller mechanism, multiple swing linkages hinged at one end to the support frame, and a driving component mounted on the support frame for moving the pair of pushers closer together or further apart. By hinged at one end of the multiple swing linkages to the support frame, the driving component can move the pair of pushers closer together or further apart under the swing of the linkages. This achieves centering adjustment of the rolled piece and clamping or releasing it. The swing of the linkages effectively avoids hard contact with the rolled piece, reducing damage to the rolled piece surface.
