Embodiment 1

[0033] Example 1: Comprehensive assessment and characterization of copper sulfate on the ecological hazards of the microcosm system

[0034] figure 1 and figure 2 They are the schematic diagram of the comprehensive assessment and characterization method of ecological hazards at the system level and the basic framework of the chemical system comprehensive hazard path diagram. In this example, the designed microcosm includes 4 kinds of algae (Chlorella, Scenedesmus tetracerus, Scenedesmus obliques, Crescent algae), rotifers, and Daphnia magna, three trophic-level biological components, the three from Low to high form a food chain. Among them, in addition to preying on rotifers, daphnia can also directly prey on algae.

[0035] (1) Construction and domestication of microcosms: 30 5L beakers were prepared, and each beaker was filled with 200g of quartz sand, 0.5g of cellulose, 0.5g of chitin and 3L of T82MV medium to construct a standardized microcosm system. The laboratory tem...

Abstract

The invention relates to a comprehensive evaluation and characterization method for horizontal ecological hazards of a system. The method comprises the following steps: constructing an ecological microcosm system simulating a natural environment; setting a series of concentrations and uniformly exposing chemicals in a certain-phase or multi-phase matrix of the microcosm system so as to start a microcosm hazard test; periodically testing the indexes of the chemicals on the structure, functions and internal environment change of the system; determining the lowest chemical concentration (NOEC index i) through which each index in a treatment group obviously deviates from that of a control group and the lowest chemical concentration (NOEC system) which causes the change of the whole microcosm system at the specific exposure time; and performing graphical representation on the comprehensive hazard path of the chemicals on the structure, functions and internal environment of the whole system. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for high-level evaluation of ecological hazards of chemicals, the biotoxicity of the chemicals is fully reflected, and the ecological hazards of the chemicals are comprehensively illustrated from three aspects such as the structure, functions and internal environment of the ecological system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical ecological hazard testing and evaluation, and in particular relates to a method for comprehensive evaluation and characterization of ecological hazards at the system level. Background technique [0002] As the first step in ecological risk assessment, chemical ecological hazard assessment can be divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced. The primary hazard assessment is only based on the toxicity data of a few sensitive species, and is judged by the evaluation factor method based on experience; the intermediate hazard assessment considers the toxicity of multiple species in the ecosystem, and is judged by scientific statistical analysis or model fitting methods; and The advanced hazard assessment is judged based on constructing a simulated ecosystem for experimental testing. Therefore, advanced hazard assessment comprehensively considers the changes of multiple biotic and abiotic compo...
