The present invention provides a tire vulcanizing device which improves the production efficiency of tires. The tire vulcanizing device is equipped with: a transport unit that transports the rigid core with the tire in a horizontal position to the loading position P1; a preheating unit that performs preheating at the preheating position P2; and a vulcanizing unit that performs vulcanization at the vulcanization position P3 ; a cooling unit for cooling at the cooling position P4; and a transfer unit. The transfer unit has a rotating arm that can rotate horizontally around the rotation axis and lift up and down, so that the rigid core with tires is received and delivered to the transfer unit, preheating unit, vulcanization unit, and cooling unit at each of the above-mentioned positions P1-P4.
